This workshop is dedicated to the skills of delegation and empowerment, whereby team leaders learn how to delegate objectives rather than tasks.
Duration:
This is a 1-day How To Delegate course. The course starts at 09:30 and runs until 16:30. 
Alternate timings  can be arranged upon request. The course can be held on a date that suits you.
Location:
Our How To Delegate course can be delivered virtually using online training platforms such as MS Teams or Zoom or face-to-face at any preferred location in the UK, Europe or ROW.
